A glance into my story

Ten years ago, I found myself grappling with a sense of being off-track. I felt adrift without a clear plan. On the surface, everything seemed fine and enjoyable, yet within, I felt empty and directionless, uncertain about my path forward.

Growing up in an environment where my parents' relationship was strained, I started prioritizing others' needs over my own, accumulating more knowledge about them than about myself. This became painful because, although I lacked clarity about my own desires, I felt compelled to rescue and mend those around me. My thoughts were dominated by the lives of others.

After nine years of embarking on a journey of self-discovery, I encountered meditation, exercise, and a genuine commitment to self-care and coaching. However, at the age of 32, I was diagnosed with premature menopause and was informed that I wouldn't be able to have biological children. Despite the seeming hopelessness of the situation, I refused to accept defeat. By delving into Dr. Dispenza's work on placebos and meditation, I managed to manifest and naturally have wonderful twin boys!

This transformative experience kickstarted a process of awakening within me. I became more attuned, present, and driven by a clear vision and aspirations. Now I want to help you shatter the barriers that have held you back and unlock the doors to your authentic self.
